I have walked up 4th Street many times. Late at night, noon, dead of winter, mid summer. It has already changed so much with the new LRT line and station at 29th Ave. This has brought many old industrial buildings down and has even spurred some housing developments. This leads into the neighborhood coming together to recognize the tremendous opportunity and that they need a plan to direct development. Here’s where we come in. We have free reign over the entire area of Prospect North. University to the Semi Lands. Malcolm to 29th and beyond. Our minds are the only limits to the creative process.
